Winter cover checks
Winter Pool Cover Checks Across Central Oklahoma
A mesh safety cover lets rainwater drain into the pool, so through Oklahoma's winter rain the water level can climb and need lowering. Our Winter Cover Check Plan is two winter visits to check the level, lower it if needed, inspect the cover, and send you photos — $299 for the two checks.

What each visit covers
Two visits, your pool watched over the winter.
It's an easy add-on to your pool closing — we're already the ones who put the cover on, so we know exactly where the water should sit. Each visit includes up to about 45 minutes on site; excessive pumping or repairs are quoted separately.
- Check the pool water level and lower it if needed
- Visual inspection of the safety cover
- Check for loose anchors and springs
- Check the debris load on the cover
- Confirm the winterization water level
- Photos sent to you after each visit

Straight answers
Winter cover checks — common questions
- Why does my pool water level rise in winter under a mesh cover?
- A mesh safety cover lets rainwater drain straight through into the pool. During Oklahoma's winter rain, that can push the water level up above where it should sit for winter, so it needs to be lowered back below the skimmer.
- What's included in the Winter Cover Check Plan?
- Two scheduled winter visits. Each visit we check the pool's water level and lower it if needed, give the safety cover a visual inspection, check for loose anchors or springs and debris load, and send you photos after each visit. It's $299 for the two checks.
- How much does it cost?
- $299 for two winter checks. One check is $169 and three is $399. A one-off emergency check after heavy rain is $199. It's an easy add-on for our opening and closing customers.
- What's not included?
- The plan covers normal water-level adjustment. Excessive pumping when the pool is far over level, heavy debris removal, anchor or cover repairs, and additional visits are quoted separately. Each visit includes up to about 45 minutes on site.
- Do I need this if I have a solid cover?
- Solid covers hold water on top instead of draining it through, so they're managed differently — usually with a cover pump. The check plan is most useful for mesh covers, but we're glad to look at any covered pool through the winter.
