Oklahoma Pool Cover Company Service Terms & Conditions

By approving an estimate from Oklahoma Pool Cover Company ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by ProLeak LLC, you authorize us to perform the scope described in that estimate at the price shown, and you accept the terms below. These terms apply to all services performed by Oklahoma Pool Cover Company — custom-measured inground pool safety covers (mesh and solid, new and replacement) and seasonal pool openings and closings.

1. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept card or bank transfer (via the PAY NOW link on your invoice), cash, or check payable to ProLeak LLC. Safety covers are custom-ordered to your pool's measurements; a 50% deposit is required before we order a cover, with the balance due upon completion of installation. Pool openings and closings are $399 plus chemicals, due upon completion. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. We do not accept Venmo or Zelle.

2. Scheduling & Cancellation

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $75 trip charge at our discretion. If Oklahoma Pool Cover Company is unable to perform the scheduled service due to weather, equipment issue, or emergency, the appointment will be rescheduled at no charge.

3. Warranty — Safety Cover Installation

Oklahoma Pool Cover Company warrants the workmanship of every safety cover installation for one (1) year from the installation date. If an installed cover, anchor, or strap fails due to our workmanship within that period, we will return and correct it at no additional charge. This workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing or standing water, falling limbs or debris, or unauthorized alteration of the cover or anchors.

4. Warranty — Cover Manufacturer

The safety cover itself carries the manufacturer's warranty (Latham), which passes through to the customer. Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage periods, and any proration are set by the manufacturer and apply to defects in the cover material and hardware. We will assist the customer in submitting a valid manufacturer warranty claim.

5. Custom-Ordered Covers

Safety covers are custom-measured and custom-ordered to your pool. The customer is responsible for confirming pool measurements and deck conditions communicated at the time of quote. Because each cover is built to order, the deposit described in Section 1 is non-refundable once a cover has been ordered from the manufacturer.

5a. Warranty — Seasonal Service

Oklahoma Pool Cover Company warrants the workmanship of pool openings and closings for thirty (30) days from the service date. This warranty covers errors in our service work and does not cover equipment failures, water chemistry conditions, or damage arising from conditions outside our control.

6. Liability

ProLeak LLC maintains active general liability insurance with $1,000,000 per-occurrence coverage. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, prior wear or damage to the pool, deck, or surrounding surfaces, water loss or chemistry issues occurring before service, or damage caused by third parties.

7. Site Condition Requirements

For safety cover installation, the deck and pool perimeter must be clear and accessible so we can measure, drill, and set anchors. For pool openings and closings, the pool, equipment pad, and any existing cover must be accessible, and the water level should be appropriate for the season's service. If conditions are not met on arrival, Oklahoma Pool Cover Company may reschedule at no charge or proceed with the customer's understanding that results may be limited.

8. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for safe access to the pool area, securing pets, removing obstructions, and disclosing known hazards. The customer represents that they are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request service.

9. Scope Changes

Any work beyond the scope of an approved estimate requires a separate written estimate and customer approval before proceeding. No additional charges will be incurred without explicit customer approval.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved under Oklahoma law in Oklahoma County District Court, or at our option, by binding arbitration administered in Oklahoma County under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Entity

Oklahoma Pool Cover Company is operated by ProLeak LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. These terms are issued by ProLeak LLC. "Oklahoma Pool Cover Company" refers to the business operated by ProLeak LLC, and any contract, insurance, or payment obligation runs to ProLeak LLC.
